TTDev Studio ("we," "us," or "our") operates the QRFlow — QR Code Scanner & Generator
mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used,
and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
Privacy in short. Your scans and the QR codes you generate stay on your device —
we never upload them to our servers. We use Google Firebase and Google AdMob to keep the App running and free,
and Apple to process purchases. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Content you scan or create — stored locally
QR codes and barcodes you scan (their decoded text) and codes you generate are saved in your
scan history on your device only (local storage / an on-device app group used by the Home Screen widget).
Camera and photo-library images are processed on-device to read a code. Images are not uploaded
and are not retained by us.
1.2 Information collected automatically
Device information (model, operating system version, language/region at a country level)
App usage and diagnostics (features used, session activity, crash reports)
Advertising identifier (IDFA) — only if you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt
1.3 Purchases
In-app purchase and subscription transactions are processed by Apple. We receive the
entitlement status (e.g., whether ads are removed / a subscription is active) but not your payment details.
1.4 AI features (optional, off by default)
QRFlow may offer optional AI-powered insights after a scan. This feature is disabled by default and
is only active if we remotely enable it. When (and only when) it is active and you use it:
The decoded content of the scanned code, and — for links — the publicly available text of the linked page,
may be sent through our secure proxy to third-party AI providers (Groq, Inc.,
Google (Gemini), and/or Anthropic (Claude)) to generate a response.
The request is not tied to your name or account, and we do not store the content of these
requests on our servers beyond what is needed to return the result.
Display advertisements in the free version and measure their performance
Process and restore in-app purchases and subscriptions
Diagnose crashes and fix bugs
Respond to your support requests and comply with legal obligations
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only with the service
providers listed above (Google, Apple, and — for the optional AI feature — Groq/Google/Anthropic) so they can perform their
functions, and with authorities when required by law.
5. Data Retention
Scan history & generated codes: kept on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.
Analytics: retained per Google Firebase defaults (up to 14 months).
Crash reports: retained approximately 90 days.
Purchase records: managed by Apple.
6. Your Rights & Choices
Local data: delete individual history items in the App, or uninstall the App to remove all
locally stored data.
Advertising: decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or turn off tracking in
iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, to receive non-personalized ads.
California residents (CCPA): right to know, delete, and opt out of "sale/sharing" of personal
information, and to non-discrimination.
EU/EEA/UK residents (GDPR): right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction,
portability, and to object or withdraw consent.

within the timeframes required by applicable law.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of
transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. International Users
The App is operated from Vietnam and may be used globally. By using the App, you understand that information may
be processed in Vietnam and in the countries where our service providers operate.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated"
date above and posting the revised Policy at this URL.
