Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the QRFlow — QR Code Scanner & Generator mobile application (the "App"), operated by TTDev Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by law.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to create, distribute, or link to malicious, fraudulent, or infringing content via QR codes.
Remove any proprietary notices, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

3. Your Content & Scanned Codes

You are solely responsible for the codes you scan and the content you generate. QR codes and barcodes may link to external websites or resources we do not control. Scanning or opening a code is at your own risk; we are not responsible for the safety, accuracy, or legality of third-party destinations or content.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase and auto-renewable subscriptions ("QRFlow Plus", monthly and annual), sold through the Apple App Store.
Certain plans may include an introductory offer or free trial (e.g., a 3-day free trial on the annual plan). If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions.
Payment, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests: Apple – Request a refund.

5. Advertisements

The free version of the App is supported by advertisements provided through Google AdMob. Purchasing "Remove Ads" or an active subscription removes advertising as described in the App.

6. AI Features

The App may offer optional AI-generated insights. AI output is provided for convenience only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and is not professional, legal, financial, or security advice. Any safety or "suspicious link" indication is a best-effort signal and not a guarantee. Do not rely on AI output as your sole basis for any decision.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by TTDev Studio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TT DEV STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD 20 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

12. Apple App Store — Required Terms

This agreement is between you and TTDev Studio only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied. In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal/regulatory, or intellectual-property claims.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting," and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
