How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open Settings ▸ Restore Purchases inside QRFlow. Your Pro subscription and Remove Ads purchase are tied to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings app ▸ [your name] ▸ Subscriptions on your iPhone, select QRFlow, and choose Cancel. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
The camera won't scan — what should I check?
Make sure QRFlow has camera access in iOS Settings ▸ QRFlow ▸ Camera. You can also scan a QR code from a saved photo using the photo-import button in the scanner.
Where is my scan history stored?
Everything is stored on your device only — your scans never leave your phone. QRFlow has no account and does not upload your codes.
What does QRFlow Pro include?
AI insights, custom QR design (logo, colors, frames), unlimited history, Save to Photos, and no ads. Pro is a subscription: $4.99/month or $29.99/year with a 3-day free trial. Remove Ads is also available as a one-time $2.99 purchase.
